The last track includes 5 (5:19), 6 (4:55) and 7 (7:15). You can use Format Factory (freeware) to split the 17+ minute last track. To do the split use "advanced", then "audio joiner".
The joiner will patch tracks together (as the name implies), but it will also split them. Fairly simple. Hope this helps.
